Mission Statement

To provide leadership and expertise to publicly funded substance abuse treatment programs to reduce the incidence and impact of alcohol and other drug problems. To draw on national experts and create forums to develop and impart new knowledge aimed at improving the quality of treatment programs. To provide the State agencies high quality products and services, with sensitivity to the recipients of technical assistance and treatment.
