• A new brochure, Alcohol and Drug Treatment: How It Works, And How It Can Help You, based on Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) 44: Substance Abuse Treatment for Adults in the Criminal Justice System is now available. This brochure informs people involved in the criminal justice system about substance abuse treatment resources in prison and in the community. It describes what a person can gain through substance abuse treatment before trial or while incarcerated, on probation, or on parole. It encourages people to seek help for substance use disorders and tells them where to find help. Available for download at www.kap.samhsa.gov or follow the link below:
